Hi 👋🏽 I'm Cynthia. I am the brainchild behind the body and mood setting goodies you've been enjoying. I started this journey unknowingly years ago as life happened joyfully and painfully. I didn't know everything that I have experienced was bringing me to this point ! What point is that you ask ? The point of it's My Time !

We have so much we will learn and discover about each other as we rightfully reclaim the ALONE time that we deserve!
